3:00pm - 4:00pm Glean
4:30pm - 9:00pm Canning Class (food prep, etc)
Canning cabbage, carrots, a few dill zucchinis, a few fava beans
Bring your own cutting board (byocb), knives
Will have supplies for dilling
Bring your own beans & cucumbers for dilling
I provide jars, rings, lids
Local canning expert is Mindy Osetek, master gardener & canist

Russian mothers from the Skagit Gleaners will be coming
